I meant to post this last week.  Excuse my slowness. Can I say that I am just blown away by this editorial!  When I think about plus size high fashion, where it's going, and how it should look, this is the perfect example of how things can be.   I'm elated to the progress.  Plus size fashion is still a baby as compared to main stream fashion.  10 years ago this wouldn't even be considered, but look at us now.  Kudos to the team at Slink Magazine.  I've known about Slink, but this just slapped my neo cortex in the face.  So much so that I had to buy the physical copy.  You can order a copy for yourself here.  

From "The Health Issue," the editorial is called, "The Placebo Effect." The article is accompanied with an interview of Ono.  Besides being freaking fabulous, she exudes confidence.  (Always the best thing you can wear).  My favorite question from the interview  is below, partly because I live my life by these very same rules.  

SLiNK is all about body confidence and loving the body you’re in. Can you give our readers your top confidence boosting tips?

1) Always Dress your best
2) Give yourself time to get ready in the morning
3) Make sure you look in the mirror and point put all your best features, Like “Hips” “Lips” “eyes” “skin” , etc., And accentuate that!

    Wow, it's been a while since I stopped by your blog instead of just glancing at pics via FB - love the new look! I also wanted to say I was so surprised by the way you sound in your recent vlog about weight loss, its amazing how we make up things about our fave bloggers (like what their voice sounds like) based on absolutely nothing! I enjoyed the vlog very much.
